Special needs refers to orphanage emergency needs that demands special attention on this page we are looking for permanent solutions to day to day needs at the orphanage and at the school.

Prossy Namakula is 10 year old girl picked after losing both parents because of HIV/AIDS and Prossy in the photo above was born infected we are at a moment where we cannot facilitate all she needs to live a normal life including monthly medical treatment of $450 daily balanced diet food of $4 per day per month $120 and education $30 per month a total of $600 per month for her to live a better life, you can help monthly, quarterly or annually whatever God lays on your heart.
