SAVE JOSHUA is a campaign to save the life of a little boy Joshua Mukanike nine years old whom God brought to our orphanage when he was abandoned> more information below the photo;

at the age of 2 years this situation started when surrounding the umbilical collar started growing bigger we have several medical checkups and treatments which has not stopped the umbilical collar from growing and we were sent to a refferal hospital for diagnosis at reaching here we at least needed $950 to carry out diagnosis to determine the cause and the cure of which we cannot afford at the moment with lot of bills on our shoulders we ask you to donate whatever you can along with your prayers for Joshua's complete healing soon.
